Economic Development Day Poster

Economic Development Day

A one day networking event highlighting resources to local businesses to help them grow in Collier County.

About this event

The purpose of this event is to promote and bring awareness to the economic development partnership between Collier County Government and the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce.

More importantly, the day is to highlight the resources that are available to our local businesses to help them establish and grow in Collier County.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet economic development partners including: CareerSource Southwest Florida, Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida MicroEnterprise Institute, Legal Aid Service of Collier County Community Economic Development Unit, Florida SBDC at Florida Gulf Coast University Lutgert College of Business, Regional Economic Research Institute at Florida Gulf Coast University, and SCORE Naples.

This event will be held on Wednesday, June 15 from 3-5pm at The Cove at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex.

The Cove is a covered area of the Sports Complex. FREE food and beverages will be generously provided by Chef Ahmed El, Culinary Programs & Development Manager at the Immokalee Culinary Accelerator.

Although this is a free event open to the public, our target audiences for this event are business owners/employers, those interested in starting a business and community members interested in learning more about the business services available in Collier County and other economic development efforts.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit booths, network with one another, tour the Sports Complex, learn about the importance of economic opportunity in our area as well as remarks from the Sports Complex, Culinary Accelerator and a Collier EDO representative.
